Tips for a Beautiful Skin

Thursday, June 26th, 2008

Perhaps wearing sunscreen is the most important tip for skincare.  This is because the sun is the leading cause of premature aging.  Wearing SPF 15 sunscreen is best to protect your chest, neck, and face (or other areas that are usually exposed).
Here are other tips for a healthy skin:

  • Drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses) a day.  This is very important to flush out the toxins from the body.
  • Wash with an anti-bacterial soap daily and do not leave your make-up overnight.
  • Take plenty of vitamins that are effectively used for skincare like Vitamins A, E, and B7.
  • Use an exfoliator once a week to encourage cell regeneration and blood circulation.
  • Do a skin test before applying new products to your skin – place a small amount under your chin and then leave it overnight.  If you did not develop irritation, itchiness or redness in the area, then the product is safe for you to use.
  • Clean your make-up brushes.  Also, keep your hair and hands away from your face – these may bring in bacteria that develop pimples.  Excess oils in the skin also develop into blackheads.

Use products and make-up that are designed specifically for the type of skin you have.  If you are not aware of your skin type, go to cosmetic counters that offer free skin assessment to find out.

Replace Old, Worn Tanks

Saturday, June 14th, 2008

As with anything, plastic tanks eventually need to be replaced. You will find that chemical storage tanks as well as other things like well tanks wear out on their own schedule. When a tank begins to show signs of wear, you will know it is time to start shopping for a new one. However, you may have no idea what kind of tank to look for. In this situation, the best thing you can do is hire a professional. You can learn to handle the situation on your own, but it will take a lot of time and is really a lot of effort. If you hire a professional to hire this for you then you will certainly appreciate it and consider it worth the money spent. It just takes too much time and effort to learn about replacing tanks and then actually replacing them. Unless you have a lot of extra time and money on your hands, it simply makes more sense to hire an expert to help replace old, worn tanks. Go ahead and start calling tank companies and see what they say. This will help you make the right decision when it comes to tanks.
